1. Overview
- When Meeting Mode is turned on, you can apply Hide Mode only on that terminal, and the information of members who have edited or commented will be hidden, including your own information.
- Anyone with Player or higher privileges can use this function.
2. Web version
How to Setup
- From the team top, click "?".
- Click on "Meeting Mode" checkbox.
- Click "Turn On".
If Hide Mode is turned on, Meeting Mode can also be turned on from the team top.
Appearance
Only on a terminal with Meeting Mode turned on, the status is the same as Hide Mode.
- The list of "tagged people" and "people who drew in" will be hidden.
- Member names in the "Annotations" and "Comments" sections at the top of the video will no longer be displayed.
- Member names in the "Annotations" section of the playback screen will be hidden.
- Member names in the "Annotation Reply" section of the "Reply" screen will be hidden.

However, unlike Hide Mode, your name is also not displayed in Meeting Mode.

- Tap the menu button "≡" and select "Settings".
- Turn on "Meeting Mode" switch.
- Tap "Turn On".
Meeting Mode can also be turned on from "Edit" menu of the video.
If Hide Mode is turned on, Meeting Mode can also be turned on from the team top.
